i have to say, i sure lucked out in the "in-law" department.
yesterday, melanie, chris' middle sister, made dark AND white chocolate covered strawberries. so yum! it took all my will power to eat only one, and not all of them :) she called me today to see how i was enjoying them. as if there was any doubt?! then she gave me the best news of all......she's going to make chocolate covered pineapples next! i think i've died and gone to sister-in-law heaven! i can't wait till she brings them over :)
not only that, but clarisse, chris' little sister, gave me a yummy shrimp recipe she found, so i'm going to have to try that this week. not only does it require few ingredients, but it's only a 10 minute preparation time! whoo-hoo! i'm hooked up :)
i also picked up my meat from the shop today. our (not-so-big) freezer is already full. now i have to be creative and figure out what to cook for our meals. blah.
